Lukáš Skála

Lukáš studied tourism management, but his career has always been in the world of technology, and since 2002 he has worked for several companies on local and international management positions. At ABRA Software, he started as a manager on an internal project, then focused on increasing the efficiency of teams and internal processes, and since 2020 he has held the position of HR Director.

He has lived his life according to Emil Zátopek’s motto, “When you can’t keep going, go faster” – he just doesn’t give up.

He is married and has two children. In his free time, he and his family ride horses and performance sports.
