User-Friendly Accounting
We minimized the amount of account coding. How? We replaced them with posting overviews and thereby gave your data better clarity. Posting overviews can automatically select a VAT line (when invoicing in within the EU), and exchange rate differences are also not a problem.
Documents can be locked or temporarily unlocked – this depends on access rights, which can also be delegated to other users by checking the respective box in user credentials. In Flexi, you can sort accounting according to the usual credit/debit sides, or by activity, center or job. The porgram is able to create all necessary returns, statements and reports – balance sheets, result sheets, day books,VAT, inspection statement, Intrastat, etc.
