Secure Cloud
ABRA Flexi používá silné šifrování a postupy (SSL), které uplatňují i velké banky a státní instituce. Online provoz zajišťuje společnost Amazon Web Services, Inc. a to v souladu s nařízením GDPR. Pro uchování záloh v cloudu využíváme vysoce bezpečnou a spolehlivou službu Amazon S3, která bezpečně uchovává data milionům firem po celém světě.
ABRA Flexi uses strong encryption and processes (SSL) also used by large banks and government institutions. Online operation is ensured by Amazon Web Services, Inc. in accordance with GDPR. To store your backups in the cloud, we use the highly secure Amazon S3 service, which safely stores data for millions of companies around the world.
If your Flexi is running in the cloud, this ensures automatic backups. Such backups also include all attachments (contracts, images, user guides), which can be saved across the system.
You can also download your data at any time to your computer or an external hard drive. Anything done in the system is logged in the change log which cannot be edited or deleted by the user, so you can always see who made which edits.
Access Rights
In Flexi, you can easily set the users’ rights to access, display and handle data. Some users may be able to look into the warehouse but not see purchasing prices or edit invoices.
