EXPERT holindg provides its services to companies of all sizes. Its wide range of services is based primarily on bookkeeping, counseling, and payroll processing. In 2012, the company acquired more new clients and with this change it began to plan the company’s systematic development and its future. This change has also made it necessary to address underdeveloped IT infrastructure and more efficient data management and security.

The company management has decided at this time to integrate all records into a single database in the form of a new information system and to build the software on a new hardware platform.

WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE TENDER, Expert Holding addressed several Czech suppliers of economic and information systems. The evaluation of the bids found the solution of ABRA Software to be the most suitable. ABRA Gen succeeded in the tender by covering all original requirements. One of them was an access to the information system from the corporate network and also remotely over the Internet.

THE SUPPLIER OF THE SOLUTION was the MARaCO Company, which has its business in the Central Bohemia Region as the ABRA Software Premium Partner. Furthermore, MARaCO also supplied a hardwar solution optimized for ABRA G2 system, ABRA Server Q100.

ABRA SERVER Q100 si completed in the Czech Republic and it is tuned and tested for ABRA system. It is delivered in several configuration options and colour combinations.

That’s why we’ve focused our attention on adequate dimensioning of Server Q100 for fast growth and increased data processing.”

THE PREPARATIONS for the Server Q100 commencement into operation is explained by Peter Kacálek from the Systematiq Company,which is a hardware division of ABRA: “We were preparing the server for Expert Holding as part of the All-inclusive package that included not only server configuration and commencement into operation, but also configuration of all computers in the local network to communicate with the server properly.”

FOR EXPERT HOLDING, this solution means fast and reliable access to the information system it uses every day. By integrating multiple functions into one device, the system can be used by both local and remote users.
